Dr. Ruben St. Laurent specializes in concussion recovery care and therapy, advanced decompression therapy, sports optimization, neurological disorders such as vertigo, depression, anxiety, migraines, insomnia, narcolepsy, concussions, numbness and tingling, attention, motor, and learning disorders, and many others without the use of drugs or surgery. His expertise has been instrumental in the lives of concussion, stroke, Parkinson's, and dementia patients.

Additionally, Dr. St. Laurent uses sports optimization to evaluate the specific needs of athletes, physically and mentally. He considers the training and competition to develop treatment plans specific to the performance of the individual. His expertise and results led him to work with professional and semi-professional athletes, prima ballerinas, and youth competitive sports teams.

Dr. St. Laurent is truly sympathetic concerning the aches and pains present in the lives of his patients. He personally suffered with migraines, narcolepsy, and back, neck, and shoulder pain for years after his collegiate football career and car accidents. On the brink of surgery, he sought chiropractic care with such positive results that he left a career path of conventional medicine to become a doctor of chiropractic.

He is an expert lecturer on concussions, decompression, stroke, dementia, Parkinson’s, sports optimization, concussion doctor, and neck and back pain. Dr. St. Laurent's enthusiasm and passion to educate brought him to Collin County Community College and Brookhaven Community College where he was an associate professor in Human Anatomy Physiology, Microbiology, and Biology.

Dr. St. Laurent now has a purpose to support as many people as possible in their quest for health and competitive sports. ProNeuro Health Brain and Wellness Center, formerly known as MindMenders BodyBenders Clinic, is a haven for scientifically based, practically applied restorative health care with a commitment to quality and family practice. Dr. St. Laurent will transform and educate individuals about chiropractic, so they may in turn educate others. This is the beauty of a caring physician who merges chiropractic and neurology.

Ruben St. Laurent uses chiropractic care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient's lives, whether they are having problems with back pain or neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning.  Dr. St. Laurent takes a "whole person" approach in chiropractic care, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the brain and spinal column. Dr. St. Laurent will be able to determine the root causes and create a personalized plan to significantly improve function in all areas of their lives.
